The location is marvellous, 1 km from Queen Victoria Park. Everything is amazing, the room is impeccably clean and cheap with a king size bed and the bedroom. Stuff is affable and accommodating and you can park your car on-site. Will be returning here soon, I liked spending time there.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Niagara Falls. By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in Niagara Falls, had much fun and met knowledgeable staff on shift. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

The bathroom was nicely equipped.
For breakfast there was only a $10 voucher for the Ihop restaurant in the house. Outside breakfast would be cheaper. Parking costs 20 dollars extra per night.

It was just a fitting option for a swift visit in Niagara Falls with a good price-quality ratio. The view of Lake Ontario from my room was fine, despite the surroundings being a bit run down. Try to ask for a room with a better view to maximize your stay.

Location
I didnt like the smell of the room, it made me not enjoy my stay that much. It smelt sour, likemold towels or wet carpet or something so that was definitely a negative. Also, i didnt like the pillows, im just used to having full pillows that are nice and firm while these were puffy and just uncomfortable for me. Ive stayed here before and enjoyed it but not this time, at all. And we had people knocking on our door in the middle of night!

The stay featured an excellent receptionist and a clean room with decent amenities, but significant issues marred the experience. The absence of a fridge in the room was disappointing, and the ice machine's malfunction was inconvenient. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable scum in the tub, a running toilet, and poor lighting, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of our visit.

The ihop restaurant was ridiculously over priced. I felt as though the $15 voucher was a ploy to sucker me into going there and then pay 3 times the price for breakfast. I also was shocked there was a fee to park overnight. There was not a mention of that when I booked it.
